Frequently asked questions
Turn on automatic detection in the Atium Bot extension (it's off by default). Then, when one of your orders fills, the extension notices the order confirmation shown for your trade and drafts a journal entry — contract, side, price, size, timestamps, and entry and exit chart screenshots — for you to review and save. Prices it can't read are flagged for you to confirm. It only records your own trades, and it never places, modifies or cancels orders. It works in a desktop browser on TradingView.
Yes. Trade Folders give each prop firm its own folder, holding every account you trade with that firm. Each account moves from Evaluation to Funded to Live as you progress, with its own performance stats. Firm folders hold live trades only; use a custom folder for backtests. Atium organizes your accounts — it doesn't track your firm's rules or drawdown limits, so always check those with your firm.
Atium offers multiple analytics views: Charts (cumulative P&L, live vs backtesting comparison, win/loss distribution), Raw Data (20+ statistical metrics including expectancy, profit factor, streaks), Psychology (emotion/mindset correlation with performance), and Sessions (performance by trading session and time of day).
When you complete a trade review, you can ask for feedback: the trade goes to friends you pick, plus either the open Atium community or one Discord server you choose. Reviewers can annotate your chart screenshots, leave structured feedback on your setup, entry, exit, and trade management, and suggest a grade — up to 3 reviews per trade. On Discord, Atium Bot posts the trade to the server's review channel, and reviewers click through to a short review form on atiumtrade.com.
Your data is stored in Supabase behind row-level security, so other members can only see the trades you choose to share, and every connection uses TLS. Chart screenshots are served from long, unguessable links — see our Privacy Policy for details. We also use strict security headers, a Content Security Policy, and HSTS. You can sign in with Discord or with an email and password; passwords are salted and hashed by Supabase Auth and are never stored in plain text. All payments are processed through Stripe.
Yes. Live and backtest trades are kept separate, and your analytics show their P&L apart so you always know your real performance. TradingView Bar Replay sessions are detected as backtests, and the extension's form has a Live/Backtest switch for trades you log by hand. Calendar days with backtesting trades are clearly marked.
New members get a 14-day free trial of the full Member plan. A card is required to start it, and you won't be charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing; otherwise your card is charged for the plan you picked ($14.99/month, or the annual price if you chose annual billing) when the trial ends. The trial is one per account.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Your data will remain accessible until the end of your billing period.
