Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Atium (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Atium is a web-based trading journal platform with an optional browser extension and an optional Discord bot. The Service allows you to log, organize, analyze, and optionally share futures trades for peer review. The Service is not a broker, financial advisor, or trading platform. We do not execute trades on your behalf. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to trade.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Discord Bot

Atium offers an optional Discord bot (“the Bot”) that allows Discord servers to receive trade posts and enables linked Atium members to open trades posted by the Bot and review them on atiumtrade.com.

  • The Bot is provided under Discord's Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policy. By adding the Bot to a server, you agree to those terms in addition to these.
  • Only Discord users who have explicitly linked their Discord account to an active Atium subscription can submit trade reviews through the Bot.
  • Server administrators are responsible for configuring the channel where trade reviews are posted and for managing the Bot's permissions in that channel.
  • Trade content posted to Discord is visible to all members of the channel the server administrator configures. You are responsible for ensuring the chosen channel is appropriate for the audience.
  • We may suspend or revoke Bot access to a server that is used to distribute malicious content, spam, or otherwise violates these Terms or Discord's Community Guidelines.
  • The Bot is provided free of charge as part of your Atium subscription. We reserve the right to change this in the future with reasonable notice.

5. Browser Extension

Atium offers an optional browser extension (“Atium Bot”) that helps you journal your own trades while you use third-party trading platforms such as TradingView.

  • Atium is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TradingView, Tradovate, or any other trading platform. All platform names and marks are trademarks of their respective owners.
  • The extension records only your own trading activity — the order confirmations displayed for trades you place, chart screenshots, and the details you enter — for your personal journal. It does not place, modify, or cancel orders, and it does not access your platform login credentials, cookies, or account balances.
  • You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform you use the extension with. Atium is not liable for any action a third-party platform takes against your account (including suspension, restriction, or termination) or for any other consequence arising from your use of the extension with that platform.
  • Third-party platforms may change their websites at any time, and capture may fail or be inaccurate as a result. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your journaled data. The extension is provided “as is” in accordance with the Disclaimer of Warranties below.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
  • Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • Use the Discord Bot to post content unrelated to trading or to harass other members of a Discord server

7. Billing & Subscriptions

  • Free Trial. New members receive a 14-day free trial of the Member plan. A valid credit or debit card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the 14-day trial period.
  • Automatic Billing. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card will be automatically charged the subscription fee for the plan you selected (currently $14.99/month, or the annual price if you chose annual billing) on the day the trial expires, and on each renewal date thereafter.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your Billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.
  • Payment Processing. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Atium does not store your full card details.
  • No Refunds. All charges are final and non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for any prior billing period. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks of Atium are owned by us. Your trade data remains yours. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of analytics, or suitability for any particular purpose. Atium is not a substitute for professional financial advice.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atium and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) made by any third party arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the terms of any third-party platform or service you use in connection with the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atium and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
